I have a Lamb of God album, "Ashes of the wake". But neither really do anything for me.

Devil Driver FTW! \m/

Dez Fafara has a great voice for that style music and they don't just sound bland like many death metal type bands do. there's actually a rhythm in it.

I like LoG, but they aren't my favorite. I've not listened to DD very much, need to get some of their stuff apparently!

Its a tough call, but if I have to pick I would say Devil Driver.
I used to love Coal Chamber, and Dez is the man.

I can't speak of DD as I have never heard their music. But if they are being compared to LOG then they must be similar. And in that they dont appeal to me in the least. Lamb of God is overrated. They should tell the fool on vocals that the whole broken glass in the throat sound gets dull after a while.

that's a tough call. it's like dumb or dumber.

devil driver sucks. but lamb of god are listened to primarily by frat boys.

I guess I'll go with DD, cuz at least guys who might like real metal and don't wear sandals listen to them.

Now if you had asked Children of Bodom or Mastodon... I'd say CoB, but i'd have to think about it for about two seconds.

I think that those bands that I suggested are equally as popular as the former.

But you are right, it's not really my place to come in here and talk shit about those bands.

Everyone has their own opinion on what they like I guess.
